North Metro Real Estate Investors Association


    What is a real estate investors association?  It's a networking place, it's an education place, it's a friendship place.  We are a group of individuals who meet together once a month to promote ethical real estate investing.  We are not of the "get rich quick" hype people, but promote building wealth through real estate, slowly, and wisely.

     Some REIA's may not subscribe to the same set of values, but I encourage all real estate investor's to check out a REIA in your area.  I know that North Metro REIA is a great place to be, because I am a member of the group.  If you don't have a real estate investor's group that meets in your area, you can also join by a special "online membership rate".

     Robert Locke is the main speaker at the September meeting.  Robert Locke, owner of Crown Management has purchased HUNDREDS of houses over the last 30 years and currently manages over 600 residential properties in the Metro Atlanta area.  He will discuss his experiences using land trusts, buying subject to, and other advanced techniques.  Mr Locke will continue his Thursday night discussion in our workshop on Saturday September 8th. With the Saturday workshop you will receive all paperwork necessary for buying by "subject to". The workshop is for members only, is a half day event, and includes lunch for only $29.00.  In this housing market, and having less money for lenders to lend, we need every tool available to investor's.
