I have a gadget on my home page set up for my grandchildren that counts down to Christmas.  Just FYI,
we have two months and 1 day till Christmas.  No, I haven't done any Christmas shopping.  But, with that information, and the subsequent end of year looming, it made me think about my real estate investing goals.

     My number 1 goal is to get a short sale I am working on complete, and accepted.  See my previous post,
Let the Short Sale Circus Begin.  To add to the circus atmosphere, the reason all the customer service people have heavy accents is because this bank has outsourced all customer service to India!  I hope it works for them, because it has made it harder for me. 

     2.  Complete operating agreement for a new LLC I am forming with a partner.  I have already filed the           articles of organization with the state, and I am waiting for the certificate.

     3.  Pay the county for a business license.

     4.  Open a business bank account.

     5.  Attend John Schaub's seminar in Atlanta, on "How to Cash In On the Sub - Prime Mortgage Crisis"

     6.  Write at least 40 more posts to this blog.

     7.  Do project management for the short sale property, in re-habbing, and do some of the work myself.

     8.  Keep looking for other property that fits criteria.  If do not have enough funds to complete, then wholesale.

     9.  Invite more private money partners to invest as a silent partner.

   10.  Work on more traffic to this blog.
