     This is my first end of year in blogging.  I started on May 9, 2007 with an entry into a contest that ProBlogger, Darren Rowse conducted.  The title of the entry was How to Not Sell Your House.  It helped my blog get started, and from that day on, multiple people have discovered, and read that article, every day, therefore making it the most popular post of 2007.  Thank you readers, and thank you Darren Rowse.
